From start to finish, our experience with Hello Garage was wonderful. Our sales rep, John, was extremely helpful with planning our garage layout and took the time to make sure our questions were answered. We felt like he was treating our project as if it was his own, which really made us feel like we were in good hands. The installation crew was great - professional, hard-working, communicated about the project status well, asked us where we wanted everything prior to install, etc. Cannot speak highly enough of our experience - thank you!

The entire process from getting quotes to making payment after installation was smooth. Team was professional on the phone and in person and with the workmanship. They called 2 days prior to the scheduled installation date to confirm and let me know what time they will come. On the day of installation, they again called 30 minutes prior to the promised ETA to let me know that they are on their way. They spent about 13 hours straight to finish the job on one day. Cleaned up nicely, let me know what to expect , when to move in my stuff and etc. Overall, an excellent experience with this company.
